Buying tickets
How do I buy a ticket?
Find the event on the Events page, select the ticket type and quantity, then click "Reserve". Follow the payment flow and receive your ticket by email.
How do I retrieve my ticket after purchase?
Your QR ticket is emailed immediately after payment confirmation. It is also available in your "My tickets" area.
Can I buy several tickets at once?
Yes, the limit depends on the maximum per order set by the organizer (usually 10 tickets).
My payment failed, what should I do?
Check your banking details and try again. If the problem persists, contact your bank or our support.
Can I gift a ticket to someone?
Yes, during checkout you can enter the recipients details.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
CMI (Morocco bank card), Orange Money, Wave, PayPal and bank transfer depending on the event and country.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are SSL 256-bit encrypted. Ticket-Roogo never stores your banking data.
I did not receive a payment confirmation?
Check your spam folder. If nothing within 15 minutes, log in and check "My tickets". Contact us if the payment was charged.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes, enter your promo code at the "Tickets" step of checkout.
Refunds
How do I request a refund?
Check the events refund policy on its page. If applicable, contact support with your order reference.
How long until I am refunded?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
The event was cancelled, will I be refunded?
Yes, if cancelled by the organizer, you are automatically refunded in full.
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
This depends on the organizers refund policy shown on the event page.
Organizers
How do I create my first event?
Sign up with the "Organizer" role, go to your dashboard, then click "New event". Fill in the form and publish.
When can I receive my funds?
Payouts are made within 48 business hours after your event ends.
How do I use the QR scanner?
Go to /en/scanner/[event-slug] from any smartphone. Scan your attendees QR codes.
Can I edit my event after publishing?
Yes, some fields can be edited from the dashboard. Tickets already sold remain valid.
