Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all ticket sales made on the Ticket-Roogo platform between event organizers and buyers.

Article 2 — Price and fees

Ticket prices are displayed tax-inclusive. Ticket-Roogo service fees are added to the price set by the organizer. Fee details are shown before order confirmation.

Article 3 — Order

The order is finalized once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent automatically with the QR ticket(s).

Article 4 — Payment

Payments are secured and processed by our certified payment partners. Ticket-Roogo never stores any banking data.

Article 5 — Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically by email immediately after payment confirmation. They are also available in your "My tickets" area.

Article 6 — Refunds

6.1 If the event is cancelled by the organizer: automatic full refund. 6.2 If the buyer withdraws: according to the refund policy shown on the event page. 6.3 Ticket-Roogo service fees are non-refundable except in the event of event cancellation.

Article 7 — Resale

Ticket resale is prohibited on this platform. Any ticket resold above its purchase price will be cancelled.

Article 8 — Liability

Ticket-Roogo is not responsible for the organization, content, cancellation, or postponement of the event.

Article 9 — Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law.
