Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Ticket-Roogo platform accessible at ticket-roogo.com and its mobile applications.

Article 2 — Acceptance

By accessing the platform, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the platform.

Article 3 — Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

Article 4 — Use of the platform

• Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Not resell tickets at excessive prices
• Respect the rights of other users

Article 5 — Tickets

Tickets purchased on Ticket-Roogo are personal and non-transferable unless agreed by the organizer. Each ticket is associated with a unique, tamper-proof QR code.

Article 6 — Liability

Ticket-Roogo acts as an intermediary between organizers and buyers. Ticket-Roogo's liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.

Article 7 — Intellectual property

All platform content is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

Article 8 — Amendment

Ticket-Roogo reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified by email.

Article 9 — Termination

Ticket-Roogo may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use.

Article 10 — Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Casablanca.
