Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Ticket-Roogo platform (website, app and buyer, organiser, provider, scanner and administrator spaces).

1. Purpose of the platform

Ticket-Roogo allows: (a) organisers to publish events and sell tickets; (b) buyers to book and receive tickets; (c) providers to offer services to organisers (venue, caterer, sound, photography, security, etc.) through the marketplace; (d) scanner agents to check entry.

Ticket-Roogo acts as a technical and payment intermediary. It is not the organiser of events nor the provider of services.

2. Accounts and verification

• An account is created with an email address and/or a phone number. The information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• Access to the platform is subject to verifying both your email address AND your phone number.
• Each account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.
• Roles (buyer, organiser, provider) are assigned according to the path chosen. Provider status is active only after an administrator validates your application (see the provider contract).

3. Ticket purchase

• Tickets are sold on behalf of the event organiser, under the conditions it sets. Ticket-Roogo charges service fees and, where applicable, a commission, displayed before payment.
• A nominative ticket is issued in the name of the holder entered at checkout (first and last name required for each ticket). The holder may be asked for an ID at entry.
• A ticket can in principle be used once; copying, unauthorised resale and forging the QR ticket are prohibited.

4. Marketplace and services

• Providers publish their services and prices. Ticket-Roogo does not guarantee the quality of a service.
• Bookings may require a deposit paid to Ticket-Roogo, held in escrow until the service is delivered, then released to the provider under the sales conditions.
• In case of disagreement, the user may open a dispute. Ticket-Roogo reviews the case and may decide on a full or partial refund, or on the release of funds.

5. Prohibited behaviour

Among others: providing false information, identity theft (including posing as a provider or organiser without validation), payment fraud, illegal ticket resale, unlawful or defamatory content, attacks on the security of the site, and automated data collection.

6. Suspension and termination

Ticket-Roogo may suspend or close an account, an organiser activity or an event, for a stated reason notified to the person concerned by notification and email, in case of breach of these terms, fraud or legal obligation. A suspended event is no longer visible to the public; tickets already sold are handled under the organiser's rules and the refund policy.

7. Content

Published content (descriptions, images, reviews, messages) remains the property of its author. You grant Ticket-Roogo the right to display it on the platform to operate the service. Reviews must be genuine and based on an actual service.

8. AI assistant and messaging

The AI assistant and messaging may process the messages you write in order to answer you or forward your request. Do not share unnecessary sensitive data.

9. Liability

Ticket-Roogo takes reasonable steps to keep the platform available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Ticket-Roogo is not liable for damage linked to holding an event, to a service, or to an act attributable to an organiser, a provider or a third party.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Maroc law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

Ticket-Roogo may amend these terms. The version applicable is the one published on the date of your action. Substantial changes are notified to you.
