Ticket-Roogo processes your personal data in line with Maroc law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP).
Performance of the contract (ticket purchases, bookings, payouts), compliance with legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention), service security, customer support and, where you consent, marketing messages.
Your data is accessible to authorised Ticket-Roogo staff and shared as far as needed with: the organiser of an event you bought a ticket for (holder name, email, phone); the provider concerned by a booking; payment gateways; email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery providers; hosting and storage providers; AI assistance services when you use them.
Account data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Order and invoicing data is kept for the applicable legal periods. Provider validation files are kept for the duration of the relationship and the time needed for control obligations.
You have rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability, and may withdraw your consent. To exercise them: privacy@ticket-roogo.com.
Data is protected by technical and organisational measures: encrypted communications, role-based access control, logging of sensitive actions and limited administrator access.
Some technical providers (hosting, email, SMS, payments) are located outside Morocco. Transfers are framed by contractual safeguards that meet the applicable law.
Ticketing services are intended for adults or for persons authorised by their legal representative.
