Do I pay the fees or the buyer? +
Two separate fees: the transaction (payment) fee is charged to the buyer by default, but you can choose to absorb it or split it, per event, when creating the event. The Ticket-Roogo commission (shown above) is always deducted from your payout regardless of that choice, never added on top of the price shown to the buyer.
Can I change plans anytime? +
Yes, upgrade or downgrade instantly, free of charge.
Are there hidden fees? +
No, but there are two line items to know about, both shown before any payment: your plan's commission (above) and the payment method's transaction fee (shown from the first step of checkout). Scanner, emails and basic support are included either way.
How does the payout work? +
Within 48 business hours after your event ends, automatic transfer to your bank account.
Are free events charged? +
No. No commission on 0 MAD tickets.
